What currency are your prices displayed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
When will my order ship?
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at wellsaacza@gmail.com.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfilment centre used. On average, delivery takes 4–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to track your package until it arrives.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please wait for it to arrive and then follow our return policy for assistance. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at wellsaacza@gmail.com.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at wellsaacza@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We can update your address during this time. Unfortunately, after 24 hours we may not be able to make changes.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3–5 days of receiving your order.
To process an exchange, please:

- Include your order number
- Provide photos of the damaged product
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will process an exchange.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
At this time, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your item has an issue, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it
If your tracking information shows delivered, please:

- Ask neighbor’s or household members.
- Contact your local courier.
