Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe:
Items can be returned within 3-5 business days of when the item/s were received. After that, unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns.
Condition:
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please ensure the item is in a resalable condition when returning.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items:
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Customized or personalized garments.
- Undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
Defective or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to return goods that are defective or do not comply with what was advertised. If your product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 10 business days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Return Process

Courier returns:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-10 business days of receiving the returned item. If the item was a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned for a refund. However, exchanges or store credits may be offered depending on the situation.
