Shipping Locations
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on location and courier service. Please note that delivery may occasionally take longer due to stock delays. In such cases, please allow 12–15 business days for delivery.
If your order is expected to take longer than our standard delivery window, we will notify you via email with an updated timeframe.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
